Vocal Classes and Performance Workshops

Whether you sing professionally, for fun, or just in the shower, you will learn valuable skills that will enhance the beauty and ease of your singing.

Spend twelve intensive weeks of private vocal lessons. Students will experience vocal coaching in Breathing, Vocal Technique/Vocal Health and Ear and Pitch training. Learn how to sing a variety of musical styles, including Pop, Country, Hip Hop, Jazz and Musical Theatre with an emphasis on performance preparation that will assist them in future auditions.

During the Twelve Week Fall Session, Participants Can Look Forward To:

  • Weekly 30 minute schedule Private voice lesson
  • Breathing and Vocal Technique
  • Ear and Pitch Training
  • Vocal Health
  • Learn, Perform & Record up to ten songs of any style
  • Microphone Technique
  • Two performance workshop
  • Stage & Concert performance

Fees:
$130 Tuition (monthly fee) one 30 minute lessons every week
$40 Performance fee (includes a vocal workshop and Final Performance concert in late Spring 2012 TBA.

Q. Is the vocal performance workshop group participation?
A. Yes.

Q. Are current registered Music and Arts students eligible for the vocal performance workshop?
A. All students who are currently registered at different locations are eligible to participate in the vocal performance workshop.

Q. Is there an additional fee for the vocal performance workshop?
A. Yes.

Q. If so, how much would it be?
A. The fee is $40.00 per student. The fee will include both the vocal workshop and concert performance expenses.

Q. Can I sign up for just the workshop?
A. Unfortunately, the workshop class is part of the eight week session which all students will receive hands on preparation for stage performance. It’s essential to attend the eight week program to receive the full benefits of learning how to sing.

Q. Can I sign up just for the eight weeks vocal classes?
A. Yes.

Q. If so, how much would it be?
A. The fee is $260.00.

Q. Do I have to participate in the workshop and concert performance if I’m enrolled in the eight week session?
A. No, you do not have to participate in the vocal workshop and concert performance, but it is encouraged.

Q. What age group is this for?
A. Ages 12 thru up.

Q. Can I enroll after the start date?
A. Yes, enrollment will be accepted up to two weeks after the start date.

Q. If so, is there a difference in the fee?
A. Yes, the fee will be prorated.
